Ms. Pamela C. Shaw was born in August of 1959 to Mildred Shaw in Refugio, Texas.

She attended school in Refugio ISD and went on to earn her Bachelors of Education from Texas A&I (Texas A&M, Kingsville). Pam was a dedicated public school educator in Woodsboro, Victoria and Goliad ISDs and retired after 34 years of service. After a brief retirement, in December 2019 she began working at Refugio Elderly Services until September 2026.

For leisure Pam was a TV and movie buff and was literally the queen of online shopping.

Pam was preceded in death by her mother and best friend, Mildred Shaw. She leaves to cherish her memory her brother, Maurice Shaw (Miara); her niece, Shelby Skinner Brown (Mikel); her nephews, Jase Shaw (Desiree), Blake Shaw, and Kelvin Skinner, Jr., all of Houston, Texas; her Aunt Lois L. Shaw of Kerville, Texas, and a host of cousins, extended family, and dear friends.

She recently rehomed her fur baby, Bentley, due to her health challenges. She truly loved her little Bentley.
